Tar Pot & Breakfast Burritos

The open sky where the skylight was removed

The re-roofing is finally underway, so now there is a combined smell of wet dog from the damp carpets and tar from the hot tar pot smoking away behind the office. And what better use of a hot tar pot than to keep breakfast burritos warm?

Thanks, Janna! I wouldn't have eaten one of those burritos. Even though they are wrapped in foil, I am sure the tar smell gets through the foil. You are one of the few bloggers who like the recap and then actually visit this site. I really appreciate you for that.

That tar pot looks kind of gross... at least the burritos are wrapped in foil! I like the skylight photo. I don't think I've mentioned it, but I really like the recap you do on the WordPress blog so I get an email reminder about all I'm missing here. I am not with it enough to read them as you post, but I do enjoy catching up with what you've got going on :)

Thanks, Kevin! I'll suggest the retractable skylight to Jim.

Beautiful 'skylight removal picture'! You need to install a retractable skylight, so on nice days you can be open to the sky like this!

Tar paper carne adovada sounds delightful doesn't it? Thanks, Vanessa!
