Thanks, Lavinia! It was 19 this morning and snowing when we got up. We probably got 8 inches in all. The high was 50, so the snow started melting fast on the drive, but we still have a lot of snow on the plants and mulched areas..
Aye - I know the paper towel one well.... :-) Little Najar is growing up too! Great bag shots!
No snow here. It is supposed to go down into the 20s at night for a bit. Daytime high was 55 today. Grasss is emerald green out there, and trees have started blooming down on the valley floor.

Thanks, Miz Shaaz! I didn't have food so I was pretty hungry by the time I got home. But Laurie had food waiting for me and she was out pushing snow off the canopy, so that helped. We get snow so seldom it just snarls everything up. The curious thing was that when I went in during rush hour 8:30 am, there was hardly any traffic on the wet and snow packed roads because they had cancelled all schools and the universities, so when I left at 5:30, I figured there still wouldn't be much traffic. Wrong! I guess everyone went shopping on their snow day because all roads that cross the river were like parking lots. The temperature had fallen well below freezing, so the previous wet roads were either covered with black ice or snow packed.
Sorry to hear about the "it only took me two and a half hours to get home" .......
